The NWI Change Requests App is designed for wetland specialists to suggest specific updates and corrections to
Minnesota’s National Wetland Inventory (NWI). Non-specialists can reach out to their
Area Hydrologist,
soil and water conservation district, or watershed district to make a change request. General suggestions for the NWI can
be sent to wetlandmapping.dnr@state.mn.us. Public access to Minnesota’s
NWI is available through the Wetland Finder and the
Minnesota Geospatial Commons.
